Refund and Policy

The Refund and Cancellation Policy describes the processes whereby the Company controls and manages the refund of student fees.

1) Doon Sainik Academy has tried to give all the relevant information on our website about the services we will deliver. No claim can be made on the grounds that a service was not provided, a service which we have not mentioned on our website.
2) Fees once submitted will not be refunded in any circumstances
3) Fess that is to be submitted in installments should be submitted on time, late submissions may invite penalties
4) Failure to pay fees may lead to expulsion
5) Doon Sainik Academy is not responsible for any glitch during online transactions
6) In case of any medical emergency, Institute will pay only the consultation fees. rest of the charges will have to be paid by guardians.
7) For any minor treatment, academy will bear all charges.
Note: The decision of what is minor and what is not rests with the academy.
